Sunday Sessions are a great way to stay in touch with your club friends & coaches, get both position-specific training and have some fun during live play. Each session will be split between highly technical positional training & live play selected to mirror the skills we just trained.

We will have 2 courts running simultaneously:  Middle School (ages 12-14) and High School (ages 15-18). As always, we will split players according to skill level if age isn't the most appropriate. Each session is limited to 40 kids. Coach John Radzimanowski will be heading up with the training sessions.

This program is open to players from any school, club or affiliation. Prior playing experience IS required for this program (either club or school). This is not for true beginners to the sport.
