LOVE Scholarship Application
Please click on the link below, fill out the entire Google Form to apply for financial aid from the Ethos LOVE Scholarship fund. All applications must be received no later than October 20, 2019. The LOVE Scholarship Committee will look over all applications and make decisions on how much each player receives (if anything) and will inform the parents by October 27, 2019.
A few things to note:
- All athletes & parents of athletes who receive financial aid from the LOVE Scholarship will be expected to meet certain requirements to maintain their financial aid. This includes, but is not limited to, 1)participating fully in any Scholarship Fundraiser, 2)helping take tickets or sell t-shirts at each of the 3 Ethos-hosted tournaments, and 3)maintaining certain grade requirements. If these requirements aren’t met, the athlete’s financial aid will be revoked and the parents will be held financially responsible for the outstanding dues or the player is eligible for dismissal from the club.
- Per NCAA regulations, all athletes are required to pay for their own uniforms and travel expenses or they will become ineligible at college (the NCAA considers that you were a “professional” during club volleyball)
- No Athlete will receive a FULL Scholarship. There are too many families with needs and too little scholarship money to go around.
