Black Jerseys

The Black Jersey is the highest individual honor that Ethos gives out. The players vote daily for the 2 teammates who showed the most enthusiasm, intensity & effort at practice. Votes are tallied at the end of the month & the winner wears the “Black Jersey” at practice for the following month. Some kids go their whole career without winning 1 single jersey – other players win several jerseys in a season. The Black Jersey cannot be bought, borrowed or bestowed without reason – it can only be WON. These kids represent what we want our club to be about…hustle, intensity and effort.
